My passion is advising and guiding organizations and teams to anticipate, plan for, react to and manage through disruptive change in their businesses.

I focus on why change is necessary and how to effectively implement change by engaging all the key stakeholders in the change journey – in addition to planning and executing what needs to get done to make the change effort successful and the change sustainable.

My experience and expertise working with public, private, public sector and not-for-profit organizations give me unique perspective to guide clients in championing the need for change while also making it happen. I have served in leadership roles in IT, application development, product management and business integration and have consulted with small startups, medium-size businesses and global enterprises.
